Is Wiki software similar to Frontpage express and all those type?
Do we require to have a domain or sub-domain registered in our name, so that we can upload the wiki?

Wiki software needs to be installed on a web server. If you want to host it yourself, you would need a domain name, but an easier option to have a company like Wikia host it. See http://www.wikia.com/wiki/Start_a_new_Wikia to make your own wiki without needing to install the wiki software.

How Can I transfer my Domain Name to Godaddy?

Besides the Transaction & Security code which I already have godaddy is asking to get transfer code or password from you in order for it to be transfered. Could you please forward that other password to my e-mail. as soon as possible.
