What’s a good and cheap domain name service registrar?

Hi,

I’m after a particular domain name. Price varies quite a lot depending on which registrar I look up. Godaddy.com seems to offer okay deals at about US$10 per year for a .com, .net or .org. At the end of the day I guess they all report to ICANN.

What’s a good, cheap registrar to go for?

(I do not need fancy web hosting services. I only need the domain name to direct all traffics to my own computer where further actions can take place).

Yeah, Godaddy is the largest registrar.

Are there web hosting sites that accept Pay Pal as a Payment?

I’m looking to register a domain name, build a web site and find a place to host.

My only problem is that I don’t have a credit card.

I know Go daddy accepts pay pal to register a domain name.

Is there a web shoting site that accepts pay pal as well?
