If I were to sell a domain name online that I own, how do I transfer ownership?

I originally purchased the domain name through yahoo and I’m planning on selling it on ebay. I know how the whole auction process works, i just need to know how to tranfer ownership of the domain name to the buyer (if it sells).

You will need (at a minimum) the email associated with the users yahoo domain account. You can get this information from them after the auction ends.

Also you might want to get the domain appraised (to put in the auction). Http://midflux.com < works well.

what should I include in a domain name transfer contract?

I just purchased a domain name from someone on Godaddy. I want to transfer the name to me, but want a contract saying that I have the full rights to the name.

What should I include in such a contract (for both of us to sign)
