What is the best site for free web hosting if I bought a domain name from Godaddy?

okay, so I already bought a domain name from Godaddy but don’t want their free hosting because they put those ugly ads on your site. I don’t want to pay either. What is a good site for free web hosting with no ads?

what should I include in a domain name transfer contract?

I just purchased a domain name from someone on Godaddy. I want to transfer the name to me, but want a contract saying that I have the full rights to the name.

What should I include in such a contract (for both of us to sign)
